The Campaign Detail typically includes common features such as Images, Title, Detail, and Conditions. Buzzebees's campaign system includes a variety of campaign types, including vouchers, coupons, and verify codes. The system is constantly evolving, and additional campaign types are likely to be added in the future.
The Interface campaign type includes several subtypes, such as Transfer and Survey campaigns. More information on the different Interface subtypes will be provided in the following section.
Free campaign
The Free campaign type does not require any point usage, and rewards can be redeemed instantly. Once users complete the exchange, they will receive their rewards immediately.
Draw campaign
A Lucky Draw Campaign is a type that requires either points or free entries to participate, depending on the marketing campaign. The draw process is randomized using the system in the backend. Winners are selected either by actual drawing or through notification at a later time.
Deal campaign
The Redemption campaign type works similarly to a Free campaign, but when the reward is redeemed, it takes the form of a discount code that can be used for purchasing products or services. For example, when users redeem their rewards, they will receive a code that can be used as a discount toward a product or service.
Buy campaign
The Purchase campaign type works differently from Redemption campaigns in that it requires adding products to the shopping cart and entering delivery information to make a payment. This type of campaign does not involve any reward redemption or point usage. Once users add the products they wish to purchase to their cart, they will enter shipping information and complete the payment process.
Interface campaign
The Interface campaign type has two subtypes: Transfer point, transferring Buzzebees points to our partners, and Survey, conducting surveys to receive feedback. When users transfer their points, it can be considered as a successful connection between Buzzebees and our partners. When they complete a survey, they may be rewarded with prizes or receive other benefits. A detailed explanation will be provided in the Interface campaign section.
Event campaign
Event campaigns are a type of campaign that does not require any reward redemption. Instead, they provide information about events, which can be scheduled for a specific period. Businesses can customize their events and set the start and end dates of the event.
Media campaign
Media campaigns are similar to Event campaigns in that they do not involve any reward redemption. Instead, they provide information about various types of media, such as videos or pictures. These campaigns allow users to access the media by clicking on a link that is provided, which could lead to channels such as YouTube.
News campaign
The News campaign type is similar to Event campaigns in that they do not involve any reward redemption. Instead, they provide businesses with a platform to release news and updates about products or services. Unlike Event campaigns, there is no specified start or end date for these campaigns.
